the http://192.168.8.3:8000/ link connects and streams fine on the DNAS PC and on the other 2 computers on the network

There are 3 computers on the network and each have a static ip, 192.168.8.3 being the DNAS PC. The subnet masks are all the same as well and the computers communicate with each...
