yes at times it would fill up and then start...
yes at times it would fill up and then start over again... no firewall - router is forwarding ports to my ip and i tried using dmz as well.
what decoder? what i dont get is what is the differnt...

it does show that im connecting and it says starting stream im on a fiber connection 10 MB up and down - x264 what is this?
What is causing it not...
