Timed out???????

ok so I set up my server and my friends try to listen to it but it says connection timed out or something like that when they try to connect, if anyone knows what I am doing wrong plz help

its strange cause I was able to get it so that at www.shoutcast.com u could see it by doing a search for (KBSZ) but I dunno :(
