and I can't check all the inputs at once, as checking one unchecks the other..

that must be it, because I can't tweak the volume in shoutcast without the volume going to horribly high levels... and I can't figure out why. no matter what direction I turn them in - the volume...

yeah - it's plugged into the mic jack. and the reason I know this is because it's got a little picture of a microphone next to it...

and I've got headphones on when I broadcast and try to speak......

it seems to be 'fading' in the wrong direction?

when I press 'press to talk' the music gets LOUDER rather than more quiet... :S
