Hmm, i donno...
I didnt' 'click' because i used it as a command line option...
But the programmers have seen this, i hope. They can decide wheter of not this is a bug or not.

No it does NOT add to the playlist if you have an interval of 5 sec or more between the command excuting but if you repeat the command executing it rapidly (1 or 2 sec's).

I was trying to put up Winamp 2.71 under Windows NT. It should automaticaly 'refresh' the playlist once a day. So it reads a dir and put all the mp3s in the playlist.
I did it with 'at'....
