Update

I believe I got the server running on a Private network.
I now need help listening to the stream on an Android device on the private network. NOT ONLINE.

Sorry to bother,
I am needing some help in setting up a stream WITHIN my network ONLY and will be connecting some 100 android devices, router will be used exclusively for stream, no internet....
