I understand its not real time, but the delay...
I understand its not real time, but the delay should be pretty equal between all the clients...If its not, thats fine too...as long as its "normal"

A few questions
I just got my shoutcast server running on my RedHat 8 box. It is up and working, but now I wanted to tweak it a bit and do some fine tuning...
First off...Do I have to have all the mp3's encoded...
