I think I may have solved the problem. I found a DSP crossfader in Winamp's plugin database. Hopefully I can run it and the Null-Output together. *Crosses fingers* :)

I want to broadcast a playlist, but I want it do it in the background. Mainly without it sending the music to my speakers, and out of the taskbar if possible. That way I could still broadcast as well...
