Here's the fix!
Here's the deal!
On Windows 2000 Server you need to turn off Messenger Service, then Disable it for the shoutcast listeners to be updated. Seems calls to the port are received as a Messenger Service...

We installed the latest version both on the streaming server and on the main server ( to bypass the router and firewall)...ran from one then the other...no update on user count either way...2...
