nothing...
the latest version did nothing to resolve this issue - in fact, i have to install 1.5 to get the higher bitrates :(

I hope i am in the right place :)
I am using shoutcast and I have installed the codec that shoudl allow me to broadcast much higher than 80k/s but I cannot... I am using winamp 2.81 and the latest...
