i read a previous post on this board about changing the data block size to (1024xbitrate)/8 per second.

increasing data block size & sending frequency
hi there,
i want to change the data block size sent, and the frequency sent at.
i want to change the server to send 1 3072byte data block every second for my 24kbs stream.
i cant find in...

multicast correction
someone mentioned that multicast is turned off for the majority of internet routers..
actually there is a specific multicast backbone on the internet called the Mbone.
if your ISP cant connect...
