My port is messed up
I used radiotoolbox, and i forst got I had a firewall. so i disabled the XP firewall and let radiotoolbox take run again and this is what i got....
Reason Given: Connection refused

Cant connect to server to broadcast...
I downloaded Winamp 2.91 and shoutcast....i set the ip address and 8000 port. everything it says to do in the read me.txt, but still no connection. it trys to conenct and after about 20 seconds...
