As we expected still getting same line in log...
As we expected still getting same line in log files so for now i have set server to public=never until we can work out what is causing the network block, i am assuming it cant be fact its a VPS will...

i changed it when it was constantly failing as...
i changed it when it was constantly failing as that ip was mentioned in one of your stickie topics, to see if that would help but still nothing. :(
i have checked iptables and no ips are blocked....
