Shoutcast webpage goes offline?

Quick question:

I am running sc_serv as a service on Fedora core 5, when I try to reach web interface from http://myip:8000 it is mostly unavailable but after several dozen refreshes it comes...

listener listens to live broadcast, then I dj goes offline so listener automaticly switches to on demand streaming

is that possible

the specefic one:

I put sc_serv in /usr/bin and sc_serv.conf in /etc then I run sc_serv using this:

sc_serv /etc/sc_serv.conf > /dev/null &
