WHO IS RESPONSIBLE (in DNAS TO DNAS RELAY) for paying royalties.
Is it the original broadcaster, the DNAS (UK) or my DNAS(USA) or all?

What is the legality of broadcasting? Will you get sued in the usa?

Just curious what the current situation of law is.
if you list your server on shoutcast.com and play (what most people play), will you expect a letter from a legal department?
