There aren't any average thingie, but the data is there, and as it's GPL, it shouldn't be too hard to code.

Icecast 2 source code is only available through CVS.

Check http://www.xiph.org/cvs.html for the instructions and choose the icecast module.

The feature I'm waiting the most is support for OGG Vorbis streams.
Actually, I think it's not working cause OGG is VBR by default and I can only hear some async sound through the sc server.
