For the past three hours I have had one ip address (62.43.120.5) that keeps connecting then discconnecting within about 10 seconds. Should I ban this IP? How do I ban a IP?

Reason Given: Connection timed out
More about this error: This means that you are most likely behind a firewall, this error esentially says...
