Jutters
"skiping" i.e. the data stream from screaminghost is constant it's just the sound that jutters.
Thats it above - it jutters(skips) for up to five seconds of each new track

I stream to a dedicated shoutcast...
I stream to a dedicated shoutcast server(screaminghost.com) they connect to that stream not mine. The server is on a huge net pipe so I dont think my 1mb upstream counts.

Buffering Probs..
I have a 128k stream at screaminghosts.com and a 1mb u/d pipe to the net which 99% of the time is unused, except for the stream to the server.
