Underruns

It seems all of my listeners are getting underruns, and i can't understand why.
I'm streaming at 128k and my upstream is 501k. The third party host assures me that they have enough bandwidth...

Well it looks like the buffering issue was finally accredited to a ram problem on the third party hosting server. It was reporting 129mb instead of 1026mb. I tried at work and no buffering, Can some...
