Can I set up the Shoutcast server at a free webhost and not worry about it sucking away the bandwithe from my computer.. and could some one actually tell me what bandwith is I dont get it.

Added it after about 1 minute and 10 seconds the...

Added it after about 1 minute and 10 seconds the popping noises stoped then The Music started normal for about a half a heartbeat and went to fast agian
