Download the in the server instructions; SHOUTcast DNAS. Before you turn the SHOUTcast DSP in, start the DNAS. Hope it helps.

SHOUTcast does this for you. I checked out the error in the docs on SHOUTcast.com and found a long ass list of reasons as to why. Below is a copy.
