I bit the bullet and purchased the mp3PRO encoder for Nero -- $20....
I re-encoded all the songs on my station with it, re-created the play list with the...

I tell ya... I run a tiny little discussion group with (mostly) nothing but 10-14 yr old members.... Even I loose patience with em...
Festerhead on the other hand NEVER looses it... ...

Hmmm
Actually, I was thinking more of a copy type replacement than an FTP thing. Both machines are inside on my lan, so I don't need to do an FTP....
