Very Bad Sound

I have a big problem when listeners listen my broadcast , the sound is very bad , very scratchy ... what can i do ?

I have modified the password in the output tab in shoutcasr plugins.
Now i can't connect because the password is invalid$!!?

What's the default password ? thanks
