I've downloaded the dll directly. Physically put it in the plugin folder and STILL it doesn't show up on my winamp. Could really use some help.

Using fresh downloads of both programs (WinAmp2 and SHOUTcast) I installed winamp and then shoutcast. When I go into the "dsp/effects" section the only option is "none." So, obviously the plugin is...
