Just use the recommended option which is Winamp...

I have attached some screen shots

If I choose Soundcard I can talk in my mic and it will broadcast.

When i choose Winamp as output and start steaming nothing happens, but if I choose Soundcard and just use a patch cable it works??
I mean I can use the patch cable, but not sure why I cannot get...
