I am Lost and dont know where to begin
i have seen someone of the elite skins on here and would like to learn how to make skins.... and i looked in the Tutorials but that jsut confused me more :S if someone help by posting here or...

I been watching the new latey and 20 people in my state have been busted by the RIAA.. all of them were college kids... well yeah so... it sucks for them but The RIAA cant stop us all :) and has it...
