Yes, the probability on each trial would be 1/2 for the coin toss, however the chances of actually getting 100 in a row are much smaller. If you toss a coin once, the chance of getting tails is 1.2....

If the playlist size was about 300, then the chance of a song being played is 1/300. The chances of it NOT being played are 299/300. Therefore, the chances of it being played 3 times in 5 songs are...
