here is my correction:

"x:\path.to\winamp504_pro.exe" /S
taskkill /F /IM winampa.exe
taskkill /F /IM winamp.exe

This will do a unattended install..

finally,
we can do a unattended instaal althou u need to kill the registration process at the end.
I do it like this:
winamp504.exe" /s
taskkill winampa.exe
taskkill winamp.exe

and we can use...
