I knew about the fading tab but I had the fading time set to the default..333ms didn't really hear a difference so thought it didn't work :igor:

5.1 Surround crossfading
Goodafternoon guys(at least, thats the time here),
In the earlier days of winamp I can recall that the standard directsound output didn't support 5.1 surround.
I had to use another 5.1 output...
