Buffering Issue..on the LISTENING end

I've been listening to a good amount of big and small radio stations today, and I'm getting a lot of buffering, even from those in the top 25 stations...could it be something i'm doing?

ISP doesn't block ports; friends on ISP also use ShoutCast w/o problem
