yp.shoutcast.com gave extended error (Cannot see your station/computer from the Internet, disable Internet Sharing/NAT/firewall/ISP cache (Connection timed out))

when i try to connect to the service on my server program it says it can't read my ip address and says to disable the fire wall and something else .
how do i do that.
