Myriad of Linux trouble..

Sorry, I just rolled out of bed..
I've moved the setting around alot. What they should read (what I'm trying to accomplish) is:
InputBitrate=56000
InputSamplerate=22050
InputChannels=2
Bitrate=56000
Samplerate=22050...

Linux configuration problems..
I'm trying to get sc_trans_linux setup and working on a broadcast machine and have hit a few snags.
First was a SampleRate error complaining that the files I was using where the wrong sample rate....
