I'm getting the same error message when I try to...

I'm getting the same error message when I try to play CD. It doesn't make any difference if I use proxy or not. Problem appeared in 5.51 and exists in 5.52.

I downloaded "autoplay.zip" from that thread, and...

I downloaded "autoplay.zip" from that thread, and after registry modification Winamp returned to autoplay menu. Still wondering, what made it disappear?

Exactly so. I press Alt-3 and edit in_cdda.cdb. Sometimes, mistyped titles are retrieved from Internet and I have to edit them manually.

And, all of a sudden, my problem resolved :D By simple unchecking "use sonic engine"! I have ASPI interface installed, so all is fine now.
