Acquiring License using Winamp 5.24

completely delete 5.23 or whatever winamp you...
completely delete 5.23 or whatever winamp you have right now, then redownload 5.23, if that doesn't work, try completely deleting 5.23, then redownload a previous winamp that you didn't have trouble...

Skins change to classic skin
Why is it that when i download MMD3, which is located under Top Rated, it changes to classic instead of the skin i downloaded. I downloaded the NeoAlien under it, and that worked.
