mine is problematic with artwork in that even though all the files have the artwork embedded (I use mp3tag) it doesnt...

I have a 160G classic and it does the same...

I have a 160G classic and it does the same abu...I'd sent a bug report to apple..probably wont get address but you never know. (they're dragging their feet on the 1.0.3 update)
