After reading all the above....
In msconfig I discovered system restore, so I restored from 4 days ago. Seems to have done the Trick.
Thx egomaniac and DJEgg. Sweet music to my ears. :)
That was the full error message, other...

Narrowed it down
Its possible its a soundblaster live.
i've got no .dll of that name.
Internet explorer or outlook are the culprit I have discovered. Not really a winamp thing, more a windows forum thingy. Thx. ...
