Okay, I have listend to these two formats for the same song and same bit rate. Whats the big deal about Ogg Vorbis? Is it the VBR? MP3 has that also...so what is the real difference?

I have that skin too, and you are right, it is an incredible skin. I am running XP Home and have not encountered any problems though. It may have something to do with how many programs you have...

The one thing I do like about WMP is the fact that you can tag files with a genre and then play only that type of music. Does Winamp3 have this capability or do I have to make a new playlist...
