Skin Display Solution

I solved my problem by reinstalling Windows IE 5.5. I ran the "ie5setup.exe" file found in the "c:\Windows Update Setup Files" directory. Hope it works for you.

Same Problem
I've got the same problem with the skins not showing up after the download. If I right click on the download link and select "Save Target As" and select the "Skins" directory then the skin is saved...
