I opened up Task Manager (ctrl+alt+delete), clicked on the tab processes then ended all the programs that were either winamp.exe or winampa.exe

got it working. for some reason there were about 5 instances of winamp running in the background. end those processes and its fixed now

Winamp 5 not playing anything

Just downloaded and installed Winamp 5. Got the Pro version. Not playing anything. Not my CDs nor my MP3s. Can someone help me out?

That same thing happened to me. You need to uninstall winamp3 and then delete the directory that it was in, and then delete all of its registry keys, restart the computer, then install it.

It is installed in the c drive under Program...

It is installed in the c drive under Program Files
When I uninstalled it I did remove all of the other files.

can't load winamp3

Winamp3 won't load after the first use. I tried uninstalling then installing it again. I even downloaded the file again and installed it agian. Also the skins didn't even work the first time I used...
