Problem Solved....
Thanks for the help from everyone!
The Enque in Explorer was checked...(in options)
I UNCHECKED the box....and presto....
WinAmp found my files!!

File Associations - Will NOT Work
I have used WINAMP for many years. Within the last few updates, I have not been able to get Winamp to associate to my audio files. Yes, I have gone to preferences/options and checked audio files only...
