Sorry I was mistaken on which release - ok...I am now running 5.53 and I did install and run the update of 5.54 but I still had the same problems i.e click on a command and at least 30 to 60 seconds...

Ok, I had to recently go back to XP having tried and hated Vista....WinAmp 5.3 worked a dream....upgraded to 5.5 but lyric plugin wouldnt work....went back to 5.3.....
EVERY action I tell winAmp to...
