Question Need to retreive setup name...

I'm creating different setups with ids embedded in the name of setup. How can i retrieve this id within the name of the setup during the execution of the setup?

Question Simple email verify?

Need to know a quick way of doing a basic verify of an email thats inputed via a custom page. By basic I mean checking for an "@" and also a ".". Any other checks would be great.
