Thanks kichik,
i have checked all the code once again....still its giving the same error. NSIS Example Application 1 is working fine ; only
i have made changes in the createshortcut field.

I have tried the "NSIS Example Application 1" from http://www.seas.gwu.edu/~simhaweb/java/lectures/appendix/installer/install.html
(i.e. Using NSIS To Make Installable Java Applications) its working...
