I haven`t written any winamp plug-ins my self but...

I haven`t written any winamp plug-ins my self but does anybody know that if its possible to change some plug-in (for example Dynamic library) so that it puts automaticaly files to winamp playlist...

I have been reading forums for two days for a plug-in that would do me this:

If a file appears in a folder it would be added to playlist and played right away. If there is more than one mp3 file...
