What also would be very convenient, is a program or plugin which could scan all mp3s in a certain directory for bitrates below a chosen level.

I usually download a load of mp3s and then check the beginning and ending of them to check if they're complete and good versions.

So what really would come in handy would be some kinda plug in to...
