What is mean "serve the player from the built in...

What is mean "serve the player from the built in icecast web directory"?
How I can do that?

Otherwise any idea why second item in my xml don't work?

But I have some problem.

In playlist.xml file i have two positions (stream is 48kbs AACP):

<provider>Icecast</provider>
