My intro file is stereo 128k 44.1khz like all my music files but I will try removing the file and seeing if that helps .. if it does .. then AOL messed up the use of intro files .... it makes sense...

But that's not my issue. I double checked that the setting for scripting was off .. it was and has been from day 1 .. years ago

I take it you don't run a station or its a huge one on a pay server. Logs are very very important if you actually are running your own servers. There are a lot of 'jerks' to put it nicely out there...
