Genre drop-down in the “File Info” window is NOT populating correctly for FLAC files

I can confirm my issue was due to "gen_os_diag.dll".
Removing this plugin solves the FLAC Genre issue.

Is there a way to temporary disable a single plugin? Or do I just have to un-install it?

I just tried out Winamp 5.7's new Safe Mode.
The FLAC genre issue is NOT present for me when I run my steps in Safe Mode.

I got an email saying I had been approved for Winamp Cloud.
However, when I attempted to use my Coupon Code I got an error that states "Sorry: Invalid payment method."
