yeah, from what my dad says in arizona the rule of thumb is "hold a magazine over your face to run a redlight, since everyone goes to court over photo red light anyway", supposedly so many people fight photo red light tickets you can get away with it pretty easy.
now that's BAD.
I hate everyone, so you don't have to.
