That's 39 in Fahrenheit, and we were negative 5 in Fahrenheit this morning (and that's before wind chill factor is taken into consideration).

We have very little snow though, just a couple inches (maybe 10cm).

We still send the kids out for recess though, and only a couple of them complain - most love it.
